1. I think I have improved in understanding basic French this semester. I can read simple sentences, write short paragraphs, and I feel more comfortable trying to speak. I also know more vocabulary than before.

2. I learned that French grammar and sentence structure are different from English. Using CMU and ImmerseMe helped me practice vocabulary and writing simple sentences.

5. My answer has mostly stayed the same, but I understand it better now. At first, I thought French was just for talking to more people and helping with jobs. Now I see it also helps you understand different cultures and countries.
