Stay in "the loop" with all things related to Academic Success Mentoring

New Year, Same Me??

Every year starts off the same way, we make “resolutions” for ourselves, things that we want to improve or even enhance, we stick to it for a couple of days and then slowly it fades away. Some of us may even skip the entire process and come to the conclusion that ‘there is no need to make resolutions because I like the way I am now”.

As the semester begins, you now have time to self-reflect on the highs and lows of your last semester. What areas can you improve in? What part of your academic life do you want to change? What part of your personal life do you want improve? Resolutions do not always have to be direct, it can merely be something that you want to implement in order to creates some type of change in your life. This type of reflection will allow you to jump start the Spring semester full force and help you to accomplish all the goals you have set for yourself.
