Ok, so at this point, the days are starting to feel like Sunday every single day. With quarantine in place, you may be quickly running out of things to do or you may even feel like your days are centered around waiting for your zoom lecture to begin.
Don’t worry you’re not alone.
During this time of semi-isolation, you are granted the opportunity to explore different paths that interest you. This time period will lead to so much self-reflection and growth. If you have been passionate, curious or hesitant on certain things in life, now is the time to explore.
You also have the opportunity to start building healthy routine habits, such as starting your day off with a facial routine, or stretching/meditating before checking your phone. I am personally in the works of not checking my phone for the 1st hour from waking up. This is actually kind of difficult because I rely on twitter when I first wake up.
