The previous break is over, and the semester is finally underway. It has felt like forever since we been in school due to the delays of the university and effects of the pandemic, still! Going through the last two semesters we kind of know the expectations now. All of classes are on zoom, most of the work in done by your self in a different setting. It has been difficult studying by you self, interacting those who can help like mentors, tutors, and other campus resources. But now it is time for excel in schooling since we know how things are. It is time to adjust and move accordingly to have a great semester.
To do that I believe it is a few things that we can do to become better. I think the first step would be your environment. Controlling your study habits and having enough space to do stuff. Being in a good space, physically can be good for your mental. Knowing that you have space to think and not be cooped up in your bed, let alone your room. The library is still great resources to use on campus. Yes, the process is different, we ALL had to encounter something new and adjust. Another thing that can allow this semester to be great is understanding who you are and where you need to go. Understanding what situation, you in mentally, academically, emotionally, etc. so you can organize you mind before you try to tackle on something you are not ready for. And lastly be position and be grateful for what is going on in your life, no matter what it is, things could be worst.
Overall, understand who you are, keep a space where you can do so and be grateful! You will do fine, just believe in yourself we do already.
