How Do I Make Friends During a Pandemic?

Many students face issues with making friends during this pandemic that we are currently navigating. I struggled with this until I found out that our ODU email has access to host zoom meetings with other students. Many of my classes communicate through email or GroupMe chats, from here I was able to organize study groups and hold test review sessions. I was able to meet with people in my classes, study and review our content, and make friends along the way! I found this to be super helpful and an awesome way to make friends while being socially distanced. It helps your grade because you are able to study and it helps you to make friends because you are spending time having human interactions with others that have the same interests as you!
