My name is Maeghan Fry, and I am a graduate student in Old Dominion University’s Master of Library and Information Studies program. My undergraduate major was in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics, and I have a deep interest in the field of technology and how it can be applied to help communities today. I’m currently working as a graduate assistant at Brooks Crossing Innovation Lab, where various machines are available to the public, including 3-D printers, a laser cutter, virtual reality headsets, sewing machines, a wood cutter, and more.
