Like many driven individuals, Myron’s path wasn’t without obstacles. One of his biggest challenges came with balancing his responsibilities as a father, especially after having his daughter. That life change forced him to grow, adapt, and become even more focused. Instead of slowing down, he used it as fuel. He understood that his actions now carried more weight, and that pushed him to elevate his work ethic to another level.
His daily routine reflects that commitment. Myron starts his day at 4 a.m., putting in the work to train himself before the rest of the world wakes up. By 8:30 or 9 a.m., he transitions into training his clients, often continuing all the way until 8 p.m. It’s a demanding schedule that requires both physical endurance and mental toughness. But for Myron, consistency is everything. He doesn’t rely on motivation alone—he builds habits that carry him through even the toughest days.
Still, he keeps himself grounded with a simple but powerful phrase: “keep going boy; you did that.” It’s a reminder to acknowledge progress while staying hungry for more. That mindset has helped him reach major milestones, including traveling the world, experiencing new cultures, and building meaningful relationships along the way. These experiences have expanded his perspective and reinforced the value of staying open to growth.
Among his proudest accomplishments is making the Memphis team, a goal that represents both recognition of his hard work and proof that his sacrifices were worth it. It stands as a defining moment in his journey.
Through it all, Myron has remained someone who uplifts others. One piece of advice he shared that continues to resonate is: “don’t act off emotion.” It’s a lesson in discipline, patience, and clear thinking—qualities that have clearly shaped his success. His story is a reminder that with focus, resilience, and purpose, it’s possible to build a life that not only supports you but inspires others too.
