After reading that article it can be summed up by a few things. It had an emphasis on social sciences in cybersecurity in regards to warfare. It made it clear just how easy it is for nation state threats to do their work in warfare without help from military. Another thing that stood out to me was when it discussed social media as being big on disseminating information. People may not know it yet, but they are being influenced all the time through social media. It also introduced a new concept to myself called the “BEND” model which consist of tactics such as bending narratives, exploiting social networks, neutralizing opposition, and destabilizing societal trust. That sums up most of the article.
