In this infographic, you will find the information that I gathered from a interview with Local 3 News Sports Director, Ben Bobick. We went over a multitude of things including where he’s been, what he’s done, what he does now and what he needs in order to do it. To round things out and give a small treat to the viewer I threw in a few fun facts about Ben that the average person may not know about him. Through the delivery of this visually engaging post, I hope that my visitors will be able to learn a little bit more about Ben and the work that he has done over the length of his career.

The intended purpose of this blog is to inform my readers how much an SID can do, where they can go, and what some of the skills that they require in this line of work. In gathering this info, I had conversations with Ben over text messages and would ask him a few prompts based on his career, his skills, what he likes to do at work, and what he loves about sport in general. With all of this info, I crafted a brief, but visually engaging infographic that hopefully gives a new look at what a sports director does and what is required of them.
