Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing

CYSE 450 offered a focus on learning the basics of hacking and penetration testing, teaching students to think like a hacker in order to combat them. We learned many different techniques that are used to exploit vulnerabilities on a daily basis as well as how to mitigate and defend against these vulnerabilities. These skills are some of the most important to have in the cybersecurity field and the assignments below show how they developed over the course of the class.
