Hello! My name is Priscilla Garibay and I am a student at Old Dominion University. I am majoring in Business for Maritime Supply Chain Management and have a projected graduation date of 2024. I am enjoying my time at ODU so far and even plan to pursue summer classes.

Graduating ahead of schedule is important to me because I am a 25 year old Navy Veteran. I spent my first six years after high school in the Navy, four of which were on the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower. In those six years, I learned more about myself than I ever have before. After two combat deployments, I knew it was my passion to work with logistics. While my primary job was managing weapon systems, I managed over $4M worth of equipment repair parts and knew that was what I wanted to do when I separated from the Navy. With my degree in progress, I am looking for relevant internships to help build my resume. In the meantime, I am planning a wedding and playing with my German shepherd puppy, Mila, and two kitties, Lily and Pepper.
