In Engl110C, we wrote 3 major major papers. The memoir, rhetorical analysis, and food review.

In my memoir, I wrote about how my dad could not be there for my graduation day and my birthday because he passed away. I wrote about that day and how experiencing that day without him made me feel but even though he couldn’t be with me on that day he was still proud of me.

In my rhetorical analysis, I wrote about how Ava DuVernay, the director of 13^th, used ethos, logos, and pathos to persuade the audience to acknowledge the many injustices of race and mass incarceration that plague us which stem from the times dating back to slavery.

In my food review, I wrote about a breakfast establishment called Handsome Biscuit. It was a fun experience we ordered food and then we critiqued the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant.
