Food Review Reflection: I thought the food review was interesting. I think that I did stay in the genre of it with my constructive criticism of the establishment. I informed my audience on how the food tasted and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. I believe the paper was well constructed. I think the part that I struggled most while I was writing my food review was trying to use descriptive words to describe the food. As well as, my conclusion I was struggling on how to end my paper so I think I just through it together instead of closing it with my final thoughts. If I could go back and redo my paper I would have gone to a conference because having my paper reviewed lets me know what errors I made that I didn’t pick up first. I would have taken better-structured notes, while I was reviewing. Overall, I think I did well and I used what I learned in class to better my food review.
