Introduction
This article that I have read is called “ Impact of Cyber-Victimization on Anger and Frustration: Role of AI, E-Governance, and Cyberbullying Coping.” It explores the psychological effects of cyber-victimization and explores how Artificial Intellignce and E- governance can cope in strategies. This study that was conducted shows the social sciences as it dives into human behavior, societal impacts, and technological interventions.
Cyber-victimization affects many individuals as far as their well-being and social dynamics, which aligns with many social principles that investigate the interplay between technology and society. Understanding these effects is crucial for developing effective polices and interventions that mitigate certain situations.
I have concluded on two main research questions within this article.
- How does cyber victimization influence anger and frustration on different levels?
- Can AI-driven e-governance platforms effectively mitigate some unpleasant/ negative emotions?
However, the hypothesis shows that individuals who experience cyber-victimization have increased anger and frustration, but AI-assisted coping mechanisms can help relieve these emotions.
Research Methods
A mixed-methods approach was implied, which combined some quantitative surveys that measured emotional reports and responses with many qualitative interviews that gained a deeper view into personal experiences. Some participants include young adults who have encountered cyberbullying.
Data and Analysis
Going into depth, quantitative data are analyzed using statistical methods to somehow identify correlations between cyber-victimization and emotional agony. Qualitative data was analyzed to uncover many different coping strategies by using AI and e-governance methods.
