Hello, my name is Tiffany Southern. I recently graduated from Tidewater Community College in December and I am currently pursuing a bachelors degree in psychology. I am taking this course because it is necessary to graduate, but I also believe that it will benefit me in my new position at Sentara. I have been working for Sentara for two years doing registration in the emergency room, but I am transferring to the behavioral health unit to be a mental health associate. I am originally from Chesapeake, Virginia, but I have lived in Washington and North Carolina for a couple of years. I have two boys, age two and four. During my free time, I enjoy going to the beach and drawing. I am excited to see what I learn during this semester at Old Dominion University.
