I would like to give my students a chance to give personal feedback on my effectiveness as their teacher. I want to do this by giving them monthly surveys. I will use the google surveys feature to create these surveys.  In these surveys they can write whatever they need from me to help them succeed in the next unit we will be studying. With this data I will be able to tailor my lessons to the needs of my students effectively. There will be no guessing on what they need because I will have all of that information at my fingertips.
