About Me

I am a cybersecurity student and systems administrator with a professional background supporting Department of Defense environments. My experience includes military operations, technical systems support, Windows and Linux administration, account and access management, troubleshooting, and working within security- and compliance-focused environments.

I am completing my Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity at Old Dominion University, where the interdisciplinary structure of the program has broadened the way I approach cybersecurity problems. My coursework has strengthened my understanding of how technical systems interact with policy, human behavior, organizational risk, communication, and governance.

My professional interests have increasingly moved toward cybersecurity governance, risk management, and information assurance. I am particularly interested in Risk Management Framework processes, security policy, awareness culture, and the relationship between technical controls and organizational decision-making. I also have a continuing interest in digital and media literacy, particularly how organizations and communities can improve resilience against social engineering, misinformation, and other human-centered cybersecurity risks.

This portfolio brings together academic work, professional reflection, and technical projects that demonstrate the development of those interests and skills.
