I have made three memes about the human-centered cybersecurity framework and some ways the environment would be if these human-centered programs were available in ALL organizations.

Making mistakes in your position in the cyber-security field can go very wrong and cost the company you work at a good amount of money to fix it. This is why in Module 7 they emphasize on having programs so there are fewer human errors.

This one is a huge problem. Higher ups in companies sometimes rely on employees to train others that are less experienced on things even if that’s not the employees responsibility. This highlights why these programs are needed. This slows down the work and progress in the company if this is regulated.

This is usually what happens to some workers in cyber-security when the image above does NOT happen. Employees sometimes have been tasked for more than they are paid for. It’s not new or uncommon that people get overworked and stay underpaid for it.
