My name is Maebelle Ayamga, and  I am currently a senior in the Health Services Administration program at Old Dominion University. I am also a first-generation college student who will graduate in May 2020. Moving forward, I was born and raised in Accra, Ghana. I later came to the United States in June 2012 and completed high school, applied to college, and got accepted into Old Dominion University. My journey through ODU has helped me realize certain potentials that were hidden.  I found joy in health administration when I was going through a struggle on what to do but later realized how passionate I was about the program, applied, and got accepted. Not to mention, I  plan to go into the health field after graduation to experience what it has to offer.
