Dedicated to Vulnerability Assessment

& Systems Assurance

My name is Carmen Taylor, and I am a 2026 Graduate from Old Dominion University. I am majoring in Cybersecurity. My academic focus is cyber compliance and ethical hacking. I hope to achieve my dream of working in the government sector as a cyber forensic analyst. While working in my career, I hope to assist government officials stop digital crime, and provide a better, more secure infrastructure over their networks.

Since participating in the LeADERS program at ODU, I have engaged in countless opportunities to become a better leader both professionally and personally. I have engaged in networking opportunities, as well as academic courses that have helped me learn more about cybersecurity, leadership, service, and the power of research. Without LeADERS I would’t have been able to expand knowledge in different areas of life, nor develop the personal connections I’ve acquired today.
