What is LeADERS?
LeADERS is an academic program that utilizes five areas of learning to become a better leader and enhance the academic journey of an ODU student. It focuses on Leadership, electives, Academic Internships, Diversity, Entrepreneurship, Research, and Service. This program has allowed me to connect real experiences with my coursework, providing a more in-depth learning experience. I have seen overall improvements both technically and professionally. I believe with these skills and the knowledge I’ve learned, I’ll be prepared to enter the workforce and be more prepared to enter the workforce.
For this program, I was able to complete 5/6 courses, qualifying for Gold distinction.
