I hope the program evaluation for Loudoun Homes for Families gives you insight into the processes and outcomes of foster care programs within the community. The program evaluation will show positive outcomes for youth placed with families versus county foster care programs. Through data collection and research, the program is a positive program for the community. Many youth thrive in this program and go on to complete the program by reunification with their biological families.
