Collaborative Projects and Teamwork are important because they show that success is not achieved alone. Working with others allows you to grow, learn new perspectives, and improve your weaknesses. Team environments help strengthen communication and problem-solving skills while providing support, making it easier to overcome challenges and achieve shared goals.
Artifact #1: This PowerPoint is the final project submitted for my course, CPD 414: Design Thinking for Leaders. It was an incredibly rewarding experience to complete, largely because of the strong teamwork within my group. This project highlights how essential collaboration is, demonstrating that working together leads to better ideas, stronger outcomes, and overall success.
Final-Presentation-TNT-AArtifact # 2: This PowerPoint highlights the value of creativity. For this project, my group visited an art museum and then created a visual museum of our own. It was one of the most enjoyable assignments I have completed because we focused on building an authentic and engaging experience.

This assignment was insightful because it showed that feedback from peers at a similar level can be especially helpful and meaningful.
