Examples of Leadership

Leadership is important to me because it helps me guide and support others while working toward common goals. As I pursue my degree in leadership and a career in Human Resources, strong leadership skills will allow me to make fair decisions, communicate effectively, and create a positive work environment. Overall, leadership helps me grow personally and professionally while making a meaningful impact on the people I work with.
