EXPERIENCE
SharePoint Specialist, May 2025 – Present
- Maintain the naval command Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) SharePoint Home site and subpages by managing permissions, updating content, improving page display, and ensuring site information remains accurate, functional, and visually consistent.
- Support enterprise-wide data migration and access control efforts following the transfer of 3,239.03 GB of command data from shared drives to SharePoint, including resolving user issues, access requests, and lost-data concerns.
- Administer access management for internal and external users, including processing more than 500 application access requests for personnel across MARMC and supported commands.
- Lead MARMC’s recurring 90-day SharePoint PII audit process for PEO Digital by reviewing sites for sensitive data exposure, auditing Shared Area and PII locations, and helping maintain continuous audit readiness.
- Develop Power BI and SharePoint solutions that improve command visibility, including gains-and-losses reporting displayed on the MARMC main site and an onboarding tracker for new personnel.
United States Marine Corps Reserves Data System Administrator, 2021 – Present
- Provide technical support and helpdesk services to maintain network operations and ensure mission readiness for unit personnel.
- Create, manage, and administer user email accounts, access permissions, and Security Authorization Access Requests (SAARs).
- Submit and track IT account creation and access requests through Remedy, ensuring timely onboarding and system access for users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user account, authentication, and access issues within Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and other enterprise IT systems.
- Manage the issuance of government devices and maintain accurate documentation to support asset accountability and compliance.

- Provided all IT services for sailors, contractors, and civilians at Mid-Atlantic regional Maintenance Center.
- Directly assisted thousands of employees across civilian, military, and contractor roles with a wide range of IT challenges, from VPN and certificate issues to tech refreshes, check-in/out, asset management, Outlook issues, Flank Speed access, CAC certificates, issues with the recent printer refresh, appointment inquiries, and general IT inquiries.
- Provided remote IT assistance to 179 employees across various IT areas, including remote work troubleshooting, printer solutions, hardware support, Flank Speed access, credential issues, and asset management.
- Sat down with employees and completed over 100 Tech Refresh’s, making sure employees received the HP EliteBook 840 G10/G11 laptops, as well as configured employees outlook profiles, and make sure they had access to their OneDrive and other Microsoft applications.
