Health is Wealth…. Right?

During these changing times it may seem like it’s impossible to keep up with maintaining your daily self and mind. With school starting up and assignments getting ready to roll-in, you may be left feeling a little discouraged and trying to find some type of motivation to help you push through the semester. Don’t worry here are a few personal recommendations that I believe will help your experience:

  1. Vitamins are my first personal recommendation for maintaining a healthy body and mind. There are so many brands and different type of vitamins that fits almost every personal need. There are 13 essential vitamins your body needs: Vitamin A, C, D, E, K and the B vitamins: thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), pyroxidine (B6), biotin (B7), folate (B9) and cobalamin (B12). It’s up to you pick which vitamins suit your personal needs,
  2. Schedule.. Schedule.. Schedule…. This semester it’s imperative to schedule and plan everything out that’s school related or important to you. With most learning being done online it will be easy to somewhat forget some assignments that will be due. If you plan and write everything out you will be able to move easily through school work.
  3. Pace yourself…. it’s okay to take your time and pace yourself through school work and life. It’s better when you know exactly what’s going on and to have control over certain situations. Don’t try to compare yourself and focus on your own personal goals you have set.
