Through the strategic planning process, I developed an analysis of student needs, created a project plan to meet those needs in alignment with the school and library vision, and drafted a budget & grant proposal in order to bring this vision to life through environmental redesign and materials purchasing. I then walk through how we would assess the program throughout the year, as well as plan for expansion or revision in the coming year.
