I still have a lot to learn, but I feel that I have significantly improved my French from the beginning of the semester. I used to struggle with constructing sentences besides the basic few that I knew. I feel ready for my TalkAbroad conversation, which seemed a lot more daunting at the start of this semester. My pronunciation, spelling, and grammar have improved, and I feel as though I can express my thoughts more precisely than I could earlier in the course. I want to focus on my grammar and spelling the most, but I am most concerned about my grammar because of the TalkAbroad conversation. I like that ImmerseMe is uses AI to be more engaging and customizable, but I also really appreciate the opportunity to have conversations with real, human French-speakers through TalkAbroad.
