For this meeting, the main focus was to complete our BCET funding request. this request ensures that we will at least have some level of funding for the project that we will soon be able to buy additional equipment needed to complete this project and procure its deliverables. we initially envisioned a simple form that we could fill out and submit with relative ease. however, we discovered that it was a much more inclusive document and made us actually map out the entirety of our plan to achieve this project in the long run. we had issue addressing the specific format of this request, as we were unfamiliar with the format and style that the BCET board was looking for. however, through much help from the graduate TA, we were able to successfully create the request and submit it on time. next meeting we expect to address lattice structure design and FEA, as well as testing propellers and motors in order to experimentally get data and compare it to resources online (i.e. eCalc).
