ODU’s Center for Learning and Teaching (CLT) is hosting its 21^st annual Faculty Summer Conference, Jumping on the Social Media Bandwagon: Is It Worth It?

When? May 21 and 22, at the Ted Constant Convocation Center

The keynote speaker will be Jim Groom, a web innovator, instructional technologist, academic, and self-described “edupunk.” Groom is the co-founder of Reclaim Hosting, an independent web hosting company focused on the higher education community. He formerly directed the Division of Teaching and Learning Technologies at the University of Mary Washington.

Designed to gather scholars from across the disciplines, the conference will focus on the challenges and opportunities, both institutional and academic, associated with social media.

This is an excellent chance to reflect, share, inspire and connect.
