LeADERS is a program that helps students like me to put our learning into practice. It takes us outside the classroom and challenges to put our education to the test. It helps us to grow in our confidence as we move throughout our studies. Throughout this program I have been able to test my boundaries and become more confident in the nurse I am growing to be. I have learned how to better communicate and work with others, I have learned to trust my judgement, and I halve learned how to connect to those around me. Through leadership, elevctive, applied work-based learning, research, and service learning I have been able to connect and serve those around me. I have been able to become a better person and grow within myself and my profession each and every step of the way.
