My Ethernet Network Design Project focused on creating a secure wired network for a multi-floor school building. I designed the network to support 74 rooms with two Ethernet connections per room while planning cable runs, network closets, switches, VLANs, and security measures. The project helped me apply network design concepts and think about how to build a reliable and scalable network for a real-world environment.
