Conference Format
We will host the two-day conference on February 21 and 22, 2024, from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM on ODU’s main campus, in the Webb Center.
Registration, keynote address, and lunches will take place in the Hampton/Newport News Room, and breakout sessions will occur in the Executive Dining Room and the River Rooms. Light breakfast items and lunch will be offered on both days.

New for 2024! We envision a truly hybrid conference this year with multiple in-person and online sessions per day. We will stream the keynote and other sessions/workshops that take place in the Hampton/Newport News Room and the Potomac/York room. We intend to record all online sessions that we have permission to record and share an archive with those who register as well.
Registration: $45 general, $35 ODU Alumni, $35 K-12 teachers
Online Only Registration: $25
Registration is FREE for ODU graduate students and adjunct faculty members thanks to a generous grant from The Thistle Foundation.
