We will host the two-day conference on February 19 and 20, 2025, from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM on ODU’s main campus, in the Webb Center.
Check in, keynote address, and lunches will take place in the Hampton/Newport News Room, and breakout sessions will occur in the River Rooms. Light breakfast items and lunch will be offered on both days. New for 2025 and free for all registered attendees – we have added a half-day pre-conference institute on February 5. More info here.
Registration: $45 general, $35 ODU Alumni, $35 K-12 teachers
Online Only Registration: $25
Registration includes coffee and pastries each morning and lunch each afternoon. Fees increase February 1. Registration for in person or online is FREE for ODU students and adjunct faculty members thanks to a generous grant from The Thistle Foundation Fund of the Hampton Roads Community Foundation
