We will host the two-day conference on February 23 and 24, 2026, from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM on ODU’s main campus, in the Webb Center. We are committed to creating virtual opportunities for attendees to present their work and meaningfully and fully engage with conference sessions.
Check in, keynote address, and lunches will take place in the Hampton/Newport News Room, and breakout sessions will occur in the River Rooms. Light breakfast items and lunch will be offered on both days.
Registration Information: Register early to save! To lock in the Early Bird rate, be sure to register before February 1. Fees increase February 2.

- K-12 teachers seeking CEUs $75 (ODU’s College of Education charges an administrative fee of $35.00 per certificate issued ) (Early Bird $70)
- Adjunct faculty from non-ODU institutions $25 (Early Bird $20)
- Non-ODU Graduate Students: $25 (Early Bird $20)
- Current ODU Adjunct Faculty, Current ODU Graduate Students, and Official ODU Conference Committee Members, Free

Registration includes coffee and pastries each morning and lunch each afternoon. Fees increase February 1. Free registration for ODU students and adjunct faculty members is thanks to a generous grant from The Thistle Foundation Fund of the Hampton Roads Community Foundation. Due to increased food costs, we have raised the registration fee $3-5. We appreciate your understanding.
