We will host the two-day conference on February 23 and 24, 2026, from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM on ODU’s main campus, in the Webb Center.
Check in, keynote address, and lunches will take place in the Hampton/Newport News Room, and breakout sessions will occur in the River Rooms. Light breakfast items and lunch will be offered on both days.

Registration includes coffee and pastries each morning and lunch each afternoon. Fees increase February 1. Registration for in person or online is FREE for ODU students and adjunct faculty members thanks to a generous grant from The Thistle Foundation Fund of the Hampton Roads Community Foundation
