The conference is taking place in the Webb Center on ODU Main Campus in Norfolk. Maps to each location are linked. If this is your first time visiting the Webb Center, you may need the map to help orient you.
The conference registration table will be on the 1st floor near the Newport News/Hampton Rooms (1316/1317).

Parking
The closest parking garage is on 49th Street by the Football Stadium. See below for each day’s code. Each code will give guests parking rights from 7am to 5pm and will need to be entered upon parking on campus.
For 2/23/2026
- First, go to: https://www.offstreet.io/events/X5MBXS86
- Once you park on campus, select option one, and enter your license plate and email
- Click NEXT
- Enter your name and ensure that your Email is correct
- Click NEXT
- Enter 397881EV where it says, “event Validation Code” and click Park
For 2/24/2026
- First, go to: https://www.offstreet.io/events/H74PVGCA
- Once you park on campus, select option one, and enter your license plate and email
- Click NEXT
- Guests will enter their Name and ensure that their Email is correct
- Click NEXT
- Enter 397882EV where it says, “event Validation Code” and click Park
Wifi Access for Non-ODU Conference Attendees
For non-ODU conference attendees, in order to access wifi you’ll need to register with a guest account each day you are on campus. You’ll do this by selecting the Access ODU network once you’re on canvas on your device.
Steps:
- Select the wireless network AccessODU.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to request guest access. (A browser window should open automatically.)
- Log in with a username and password that are emailed to you.
- Your wireless access is good until midnight the day of the request.
