2019 buoys: #9. This buoy will be deployed on the landfast ice near Point Barrow. You won’t see it moving very much for the first month.

2018 buoys: #7 & #8. Both buoys stopped transmitting in August of 2018 within one week of each other. It is likely that they were crushed by ice.

2017 buoys: #5 stopped transmitting on 18th April 2017 due to a suspected ridging event, #6 stopped transmitting in February 2018.
