Men’s Tennis is one of the intercollegiate sports played at Old Dominion University (ODU). Matches are currently played at the Folkes-Stevens Indoor Tennis Center. The men’s tennis team is a member of the Sun Belt Conference.

History

While tennis has been an intramural sport at ODU as far back as the 1930s, men’s tennis gained National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I status in 1976. During the 1994-1995 season, the coaches for the men’s and women’s teams were combined into one coaching staff. The team won the Sun Belt Conference Championship in 2023 and 2024.
