Men’s Soccer has been played at Old Dominion University (ODU) since the 1970s. Since 1991, the home of the men’s soccer team is the ODU Soccer Complex located off 43rd Street.

History

While intramural soccer has been at ODU since the 1960s, intercollegiate soccer did not take off until 1969. In 1997, Alan Dawson became the head coach of the men’s soccer team and has taken them to 11 NCAA tournaments.
