Nusbaum Apartments

The Nusbaum Apartments are one of the residences for students at Old Dominion University (ODU). The apartments consist of three buildings adjacent to Gresham Hall and Virginia Business & Professional Women’s Foundation (VBPWF) House residences along 49th Street between Hampton Boulevard and Killam Avenue. The apartments are reserved for upperclassmen. The residences are named after S.L. Nusbaum Realty Corporation, a Norfolk real estate company.

History

The Nusbaum Apartments were private residential property until ODU purchased them in 2002. The buildings consists of 20 one-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom apartments, housing a total of 44 residents. Each apartment comes furnished and consists of a living and dining area, full kitchen, and a bathroom. A laundry facility is located within the complex.
